The Treasurer keeps account of: Lincoln County monies received and disbursed, checks drawn and paid, and all records pertaining to the Treasurer’s Office. The Treasurer prepares and collects real and personal property taxes for Lincoln County Property owners. Property taxes are collected not only for County government but for the municipalities, school districts, the State of New Mexico, and other taxing entities within Lincoln County.
