The County Clerk’s office provides the following services:

  • Records real estate documents such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, satisfactions of judgments, liens, release of liens and deeds of trust.
  • Issues Marriage Licenses.
  • Administration of Elections for The County.
  • Serves as Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners.
  • Serves as Clerk to the Probate Judge.
